James was born in England and moved to Finland 7 years ago to explore his Finnish roots, as he is half-Finnish and half-English. He speaks fluent English and Finnish, although English is his stronger language. He enjoys the peace and quiet of Finnish culture and the proximity to nature and forests. James has always enjoyed working in people-oriented fields where he can help reduce pain and discomfort and improve the quality of life for others. He loves building client relationships and understanding what is important to each individual, offering personalized treatments. He believes that many physical issues are also connected to mental well-being, which in turn affects social well-being and work ability. Therefore, every treatment should be approached as naturally as possible. James has experience in the healthcare field, having worked as an assistant nurse in clinical settings in both England and Finland. He studied to become an occupational therapist in England. Additionally, he has qualifications in rehabilitation and nursing, as well as being a trained masseur. James loves learning about human anatomy and how the body works, and he applies this knowledge to his massage practice. He is particularly interested in mental health and social well-being and their interactions. He is always looking for new ways to develop his skills and expand his knowledge through additional training. James graduated as a trained masseur from the East Helsinki Massage School in 2022 and founded his own company. In his free time, he plays badminton three times a week at a local club, goes mountain biking, climbing, spends time with friends, and takes long walks in nature. He is also interested in sci-fi movies and series.
